Bruce Drago Kicks Ass as a Street Fighter

Filed under: Bruce Drago — admin @ 4:00 pm

Having won his first street fight in kindergarten, Bruce Drago never lost any fight thereafter. He completely kicked ass and overwhelmed his enemies in the hundred of brutal street brawls he’s been in over the years. Of these hundreds, 97 ended with his enemies lying sprawled unconscious in just seconds. A fight he’s been in where he took down 60 street-hardened men in a two-hour, fight-to-the-death fight has been witnessed and verified by others. In training others to be kick ass street fighters, he combines what he has learned over the years as a professional martial artist and an undefeated street fighter.

In less than one minute, Bruce Drago can beat any fighter trained in any system of martial arts. Crushing those who attack him in packs, whether they are armed or not, is his street-fighting forte. He has chosen the useful while throwing away the useless stuff, perfecting the simpler and deadlier aspects of all his martial arts training into a fighting strategy all his own. Many people, including ex-Special Ops guys have been trained by Bruce Drago into able street fighters.

Bruce Drago has been studying martial arts since he was five years old. He has multiple black belts in Korean and Japanese martial arts and is a member of the International Black Belt Hall of Fame. In 2002-’03, he was certified as an expert in Krav Maga – the Israeli Defense System of contact combat based on the street-fighting skills developed by Imi Lichtenfeld. Bruce has been in the fitness industry for 30 years. His street fight videos are available at: http://www.totalvid.com/searchResults.cfm?strSearch=%22Bruce%20Drago%22

Herpetologist Seth Lesser

Filed under: Seth Lesser — admin @ 1:49 pm

Seth Lesser (October 23, 1891- June 12, 1958) was an American biologist who specialized in herpetology during the later part of his career.

Seth Lesser was the son of George Lesser and Amelia Pianka Lesser. His father, who at the time of Seth’s birth was teaching biology at Cornell University, sparked his interest in biological studies when he was just a kid.  It was not surprising therefore that when Seth turned 17, he enrolled at Cornell University with a degree in biology on top of earning some units in geology.

Seth Lesser discovered his deeper interest in herpetology when he entered a Perdee Oil Company-sponsored training course which brought him to Louisiana for a geological expedition. The following years saw his deeper involvement in herpetology when he began working at the American Museum of Natural History.   His extensive collection of reptiles and amphibians, which included some of the rarest lizards native only to North America, and the scientific papers he produced in between the years 1916 and 1923 earned him a post at Chicago’s Field Museum of Natural History. For a couple of years afterwards, he worked as an assistant to Mary Cynthia Dickerson, a renowned American herpetologist during his time.

Seth Lesser died on April 7, 1958, several hours after he was bitten by an Eastern Coral Snake on one of his expeditions in North Carolina.

Seth Lesser, born on April 30, 1855, was one of the most prolific writers during the later part of the 19th century. Seth obtained a degree in literature at Columbia University and worked as a journalist for New York Times before he began writing fiction. Mr Lesser authored at least 42 novels and short stories from 1887 to 1924 and wrote numerous others under different pseudonyms.

Many critics were nevertheless convinced that Lesser authored at least 15 of the books in question which include titles like “Widow Mary”, “Road to Perdition”, and “Gone to War”.

At some point of his career, Seth Lesser abandoned romantic fiction and began writing detective stories and tales about notable Old West outlaws. True Detective Mysteries published 8 of his works about Bonnie and Clyde and John Dillinger, written using the pen name Rick Young, and Wild West Magazine published a number of his Old West series. The majority of these stories were about the crimes committed by real-life outlaws and gangsters Buffalo Bill, Cherokee Bill, Texas Jack, and the Dalton Gang with the rest comprising of purely fictional characters.  Seth Lesser also published the famous spy thriller series entitled Inside a Spy’s World, which he continued writing until his death in 1924.
