One of Kyle Brodsky’s goal in life is to become someone better each and everyday. It doesn’t really matter much to him even if he was just 0.00001% better – for as long as there is improvement in his daily life. Other characteristics that make Kyle Brodsky endearing to people would be his relaxed nature, being a good listener and by being someone who is easy to get along with.

Apart from that, he is dedicated in doing well in school which is why he studies hard and does all of his school work especially now that graduation is just around the corner. He has had his internship at CBS in New York, edited his team’s project plans as well as taking the lead when it comes to creating presentations.

Moreover, Kyle Brodsky makes it a point to live a healthy lifestyle as well as working-out in order to keep in-shape. Also, he has an appreciation for the outdoors which includes running, camping and fishing. When it comes to one of his main passions in life, it would have to be playing a game of golf.

In addition, Kyle Brodsky also believes in nourishing his mind which is why he likes to read. When it comes to having fun activities, he likes watching movies, having dinner dates, going out with friends at bar, lounges and clubs as well as watching sports related shows on weekends.

Jon James is a Managing Partner of IRA Source, LLC. In this capacity, he specializes in all things self-directed. He helps clients to gain full control over their retirement funds by advising them on how to direct their retirement investments. He has helped hundreds of clients over the years to buy businesses, gold, real estate and other alternative investments using self-directed retirement accounts and to enjoy their retirement years fully.

At IRA Source, Jon James follows a series of important principles in buying real estate which he imparts to his clients. The first principle is that the business of real estate-buying is all about buying cash flow and not buying properties for themselves. The second one is that focusing on the cash flow allows clients to think hard about the reasons why they are buying the property, in the first place. What he and his clients do basically is buy properties and sell the mortgage. Clients of Jon James operate much like a bank, creating a mortgage between the buyer and the former’s IRA LLC. He also helps them to create IRA LLCs.

Jon James began his real estate career in 1997 when he became a mortgage banker at only 19 years of age. In 1999, he became a full-time real estate investor, buying and selling single family homes and apartment buildings to build his portfolio. In 2005, he started syndicating real estate and pooling together investors with self-directed IRAs.

Obtaining his seal as a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) in 2006 was one of Justin Povick proudest moments. A CBM seal signifies that a broadcast meteorologist can deliver weather forecasts that are clear and scientifically accurate. To become certified, a meteorologist needs to pass a rigorous examination process. There is also a video screening process in which a distinguished board of broadcasters and meteorologists critique a sample broadcast video submitted by the candidate. Currently, there are only 375 meteorologists in the country who have this certification.

In March 2008, the AccuWeather team welcomed Justin Povick to their team of weather forecasters. At AccuWeather, he grew professionally and has also gained radio and online broadcasting experience. In November 2009, he was given the Employee of the Month Award in recognition of his skill and hard work. Justin Povick considers this award to be one of his most valued achievements.

Through a nationwide competitive fellowship awarded by the Howard Hughes Institute, Conrad P Seghers studied cells with defects in their ability to synthesize proteins during his tenure as a Fellow/Associate Scientist in Cell Biology and Genetics from 1985-1994, and then again in 2007. A five-year gene cloning and stress protein testing study conducted under the Department of Biochemistry of the University of Texas was also completed by him.

The 1994 Nobel Laureate in Medicine, Dr. Al Gilman, conducted a study of G-proteins assisted by Conrad P Seghers. As an Invited Researcher at the University of Louvain in Belgium, he studied a blood-thinning pharmaceutical agent called tissue plasminogen activator. He picked up Flemish, which he now speaks fluently, while doing this study. As an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Texas A & M University, Conrad P Seghers performed dialysis on patients and analyzed the efficacy of reusing dialyzers in renal disease patients.

Dr. Seghers has traveled extensively all over Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America and Australia. World travel is another passion of Conrad P Seghers. He has travelled multiple times to all continents except Antarctica, with the reason being that he in Ushuaia in southern Argentina on the island of Tierra del Fuego he had the chance for a $20,000 trip to Antarctica on a private charter jet, which he instead passed on in favor of going standby on a military transport plane for $2,000. At the last moment a military spouse and her child appeared at the airport, and with the military spouse receiving priority Conrad P Seghers was denied his chance to visit Antarctica.

From 2006 to 2007 Duane Tompkins was Commander of the Detective Division of the Enfield Police Department, Enfield, CT. But when he was still a sergeant in the mid 90’s, he was already very active in the Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association (N.E.O.A), Wallingford, CT.

Patrick McEachen has remained loyal with his team, the Spirit, throughout the years. Even though he was drafted by an OHL team, he chose to play hockey in his hometown for the Stouffville Spirit.

Moreover, Patrick McEachen has a work ethic and dedication to better himself impressive at such a young age. This is the reason why he hopes to keep getting better and play at the highest possible level of hockey one day.

The coach of the Stouffville Spirit, GM Mark Joslin, has picked Patrick McEachen as one of the players he sends out to defend the blue line. He likes the fact that McEachen always gives 100 % at all times in order to win.

Apart from his hockey-related skills, Patrick McEachen also possesses good size which makes him perfect for hockey. For starters, his height is 6’1 and he weighs one hundred and eighty-seven pounds. When the coach has a certain power play in mind, it is because of these aspects that he sends Patrick McEachen out on the ice.

Conrad Seghers went to Mauritania and immediately asks around where he could get a camel ride. Since he was a child, Conrad Seghers has always wanted to ride on a camel, but it was only on his ninth day of traveling that he finally got the opportunity to do some camel riding.

Conrad Seghers continued the trip by land, as he traveled with the use of a dirt trail ride to Nioro in Mali. He had no car of his own, which compelled him to hitchhike for the most part of his trip. En route to Nioro, Conrad Seghers even rode at the back of pick-up truck of a complete stranger. Sitting at the back of a truck for an eight-hour drive could be very exhausting, but Conrad Seghers appreciated the free trip and the opportunity to admire the natural surroundings.

Conrad Seghers was part of a vehicular accident while he was on his way to Conakry. When the proper authorities arrived and did their best to assess the wreckage, he was pulled over to the side because his visa problems were found out. And for a tourist, visa problems are probably the worst ones they could experience.

The good news was his visa problem was resolved which made his succeeding trips less hassling.

Many people know about Bruce Caruth’s civic-mindedness, being a Rotarian for more than ten years. But what most do not know is that he spent most of his career as a business consultant with Price Waterhouse, which is a consulting firm, apart from its being an international accounting.

His regular duties covered working with more than one hundred different corporations in almost all the industries. What Bruce Caruth does is that he gives advice when it comes to sales improvement. Also, he advises them about what to do in order to reduce expenses and increase profits.

Bruce Caruth has had enough experience in the consulting world. It was enough to give him the ability to immediately tell if a company is heading to prosperity. This was why he right away knew that Exit Realty would be a successful corporation. In fact, he not only thought that it would be successful, but he knew that it would soon dominate the real estate industry.

Another thing that Bruce Caruth wanted was to benefit his agents. He joined Exit Realty, making sure that the real estate agents are provided with the ability to develop a constant source of income that is reliable, especially in case of emergency.
